Rihanna's new tattoo

The oh so super fly and fierce Rihanna has a brand new tattoo that has everybody talking. She sported it for the world to see while in LA the other night. Its on the left side of her neck and it says “Rebelle fleur” and it means rebellious flower. Rihanna is one of the most fly females in Hollywood. You have to love her.
